  • How long can I store my items in stock with Forward 2 Africa?
    • Ship2Africa can store each package free of charge for a period of ”30 days” from the date of delivery. Goods can be stored up to a maximum storage time of 90 days against a service charge of 0.5 USD / kg / day.
  • Can you forward letters and documents?
    • Yes, we can forward letters and documents just like we forward parcels. You can use the shipping calculator just estimate the shipping rates, however, we can also scan your documents and forward them by Email. Please refer to our scanning services
  • How will Ship2Africa know the package is mine?
    • As soon as you complete your registration, we will assign a mailbox number to you. This mailbox number MUST be included in the address of any parcel being sent to you. Once the parcel arrives we will see your address and mailbox number on it. We will notify you by email and you will also see the package on your acccount.

  • Should I notify Ship2Africa any incoming packages?
    • You do not have to notify us of any incoming packages. We will notify you by email as soon as we receive the package because it is necessary to fill the customs declaration (description, value and item count).
  • What if we lose your parcels in our warehouse?
    • If we cannot locate your parcels in our warehouse we will notify you. It sometimes happens that parcels are misplaced. We just need some time for inventory. We will ask you to provide a copy of invoice or purchase form. If we cannot find your parcels you will get fully compensated.
  • The parcel arrived at the warehouse, what's next?
    • You may give us the order to forward it to you whenever you are ready. Login to your customer account, go to my parcel, mark the line and click on "forward parcel". You may also, if you have several parcels, wait until they all arrive and consolidate them into one shipment. Mark all the lines of the parcels to be shipped and press on "consolidate".
  • Can I receive letters / magazines at my Ship2africa address?
    • Yes, you can
  • Can you scan documents?
    • Most of our warehouses do scan documents. Please contact customer care to receive more information.
  • How do I have to label my parcels?

  • How can I see if my parcel has arrived?
    • You will get an email notification for every parcel that has arrived. You can also check your parcels by logging in to our website.
