  • What forms of payment are accepted on Ship2Africa?
    • You can pay by charging your account with the following payment methods:
      • Pay pal
      • Offline payments with local agents
      • Local agent may have additional payment methods
  • Do you require a deposit in order to send parcels?
    • Your account on our page needs to have sufficient funds in order to forward parcels.
  • What are your bank account details to send money by wire transfer?
    • Please contact our customer service to provide you with the bank details. Wire transfer is only available for amounts higher than 1000 USD.
  • How do I pay?
    • You can transfer funds to your Ship2Africa account by Credit Card payment, Paypal or local agent payment (offline). The money you have transferred can be seen in "My funds". All fees will then be deducted from those funds and you will have a clear overview of payments and charges in My Account / My funds.
  • How does Pay through agent work?
    • You open your personal account and add funds, for example 100 USD to your funds and chose Payment method: Agent payment. Go to your agent and pay the 100 USD in local currency. Agent will then approve the funds to be added to your account and you will see the 100 USD in "my balance". You will get an email notification once funds are approved.
